Memoir Blogs
Thanks to memoirist Sharon Lippencott and "The Memoir Guy" Jerry Waxler for their work in the genre of memoir. Jerry has a blog on memoir and Sharon recently posted a blog entry called Secrets about my Howard Dully interview on hers. Not everybody "gets" Memoir so it's always great networking with those who do.

Thanks for the note, Polly. I do see memoirs as a powerful window into the human experience. It's so exciting to live in an age when people are interested in each other, and we have this magical world wide web to connect. So yes, check out my blog and Sharon Lippencott's and another place that is a good resource is the absolutewrite.com lifestory forum, which is where I met you. Thanks for your own passion on the subject.

Polly,
It's always rewarding to find another blog to link to, and for the insightful remarks on sharing secrets. This is a touchy and tender topic for so many, and your frank approach is helpful and encouraging.
BTW, another resource for memoir writers is the Life Writers Forum that Jerry Waxler and I cohost on YahooGroups. The membership is diverse as are the discussion topics and new members are warmly welcome.
Thanks for letting us know about that Riter, I will definitely check that out. You and Jerry are quite the go-getters! Keep up the great work.
I LOVE memoir. It's like reality TV for me. And I loves me that too.
Me too, Elizabeth. It's a great way to learn about all sorts of new experiences without having to go through the pain or suffer the consequences. Of course, happy memoirs are good too! Thanks for visiting.
